Accedo App XR Extend Partner HubStockholm, Sweden, 17th October 2023 – Global video solutions provider, Accedo, is launching a dedicated partner ecosystem to enable spatial computing deployments for video service providers. The new Xtend Partner Hub consists of carefully vetted pre-integrated partners, which each provide the technology and expertise needed to enable the seamless delivery and monetization of best-of-breed immersive experiences.

A number of key partners will be available in the Xtend Partner Hub at launch, including Ateme, JUMP Data-Driven Video, Quintar, Six Floor Solutions, SyncReality, and Tiledmedia. Ateme provides video compression and delivery solutions to help boost viewership and subscription engagement. JUMP uses big data, AI, and ML to provide advanced insights and personalization.

Quintar enables the convergence of physical and virtual worlds to transform ordinary spaces, while Six Floor’s solutions enable automatic video processing for on the fly events timeline, highlights and metadata generation, as well as customized event filtered playlists. SyncReality is a revolutionary XR software suite for auto-adaptive content, and Tiledmedia’s solutions efficiently stream the highest quality VR and the most interactive multiview experiences.

The award-winning Accedo Xtend suite is a customizable, modular solution that enables video content providers, rights holders and broadcasters to get started with spatial computing and experiment with engaging experiences using existing web-based applications. Xtend empowers content providers to choose only the add-ons they require, such as multi camera, live stats, or co-watching using XR powered avatars. It also unlocks new monetization opportunities through the addition of merchandising or virtual sponsorships. The multiplatform solution works with most common VR and AR headsets on the market, while ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.

José Somolinos, Solutions Strategist & XR Lead, Accedo, commented:

“There is a growing appetite among content providers and sports bodies to experiment with creating and delivering immersive XR experiences. However, with so many providers all promising to deliver cutting-edge technology, it can be challenging for video providers to determine the right tools for their service. The Xtend Partner Hub is designed to give these organizations an easy and quick route to creating immersive experiences for their customers, using best-in-class technology. By bringing together content owners and technology enablers, we are able to accelerate the creation of XR content, repurposing existing video, metadata and assets into immersive interactive experiences.”

More technology partners will be joining the Xtend Partner Hub in the near future. Join Accedo at AWE EU in Vienna from October 24th – 25th to find out more about Accedo’s Xtend Partner Hub. Get in touch to arrange a meeting.
