Lawrence Harte is the publisher and editor in chief of OTT Business Magazine, author of more than 119 communication TV tech, business, & media books. Mr. Harte is the CTO of Ski TV responsible for implementing advanced media, TV apps, & tCommerce services. He is also the CMO of VegiPlus.tv managing show promotion and fan engagement campaigns. He has worked as a consultant for Google TV, Samsung, Nokia, and dozens of other top media and technology companies. He holds many degrees and certificates including an Executive MBA from Wake Forest University and a BSET from the University of the State of New York.
Chris Wagner – Contributor

Tim Bell is president of Blackett Bell Productions and is a film and TV show producer who specializes in developing creative concepts and developing effective content. Tim has created, produced, and directed. His projects range from episodic content to full feature films. Michael Nagle is Founder and CEO of Ashling Digital – a consulting firm focusing on streaming TV distribution and marketing for studios, content owners, and media networks. Michael has setup, negotiated, and managed 280+ OTT and TV distribution agreements. He serves as Head of Distribution for Ski TV, DocuBay and RISE Revolutions Cycling Network. He’s managed global distribution and marketing for a wide array of brands including The Box Music Network, Bloomberg Television, Playboy, and NatureVision TV. At Bloomberg, Michael represented the company during the FCC investigation surrounding independent programming, Broadcast Must-Carry and also a la carte packaging regulation.
